You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. You agree to:

Kazikit is not liable for losses from unauthorized account use.

• •Scraping or automating data collection without permission

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to:

• •Authorization for Kazikit to charge your payment method
• •Automatic subscription renewal unless cancelled
• •No refunds for partial months
• •Potential price changes with 30 days' notice

All transactions use PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store full credit card information.

All Kazikit content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute Kazikit content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazikit shall not be liable for:

• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Loss of data, content, or revenue
• •Unauthorized access or alterations
• •Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• •Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• •Illegal or harmful activity
• •Extended inactivity
• •Breach of payment obligations

You may request a data copy within 30 days of termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco, California for any disputes.
